Existing clients will receive net 30 day terms upon approval of credit.
New customers: 50 percent of the deposit must be paid at the time of the order and the remaining balance will be paid on delivery of the product. This is to ensure the quality of service, pricing and the relationship of iMAGiMAX and the supplier, as well as you our customers.
Bidding: Private companies must inform iMAGAiMAX if quote will be used for a bidAll quotes are good for 30 daysIf iMAGiMAX creates or generates an idea, it cannot be used in conjunction with a bidAll bids are confidential and should not be disclosed to competing vendorsOnce an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled.
Credit: For all first time customers, credit is due upon receipt of merchandise. iMAGiMAX will offer credit to approved customers. A credit check will be performed based upon information submitted with your order profile. We will notify you when your account is approved. In the event that you do not meet our minimum credit requirements, these are the following options available to you.
Additional Charges: All orders will be subject to taxes and shipping. For international destinations, prices are subject to taxes, shipping and any custom fees and duties.
Artwork: All artwork provided by customers must be Vector based files. See our FAQs on acceptable file formats. If artwork is not provided according to requirements a minimum charge of $55 is applicable for the first hour. If additional work is necessary, charges will be based on the time requirement. For logo development and other marketing design services, rates will be based upon project size. Additional charges will be applied for requested production samples.
Reorders: If the order is not processed according to specifications agreed upon, iMAGiMAX will gladly place a reorder. Reorders will not be placed until the original order is returned. Customers have 15 days to report any incorrect orders.
Order Changes and Cancellations: If the order has not begun the production process it may be changed or cancelled. An additional setup fee may be applied. If the order has reached the pre-production phase, there will be a change or cancellation fee. All charges will be directly from the manufacturer to you. If an item has begun production we cannot stop or change the order and you will be charged the original invoice amount.
Shipping: Orders are shipped FOB from their point of manufacture. Carrier of choice UPS or FedEx.
We are able to deliver to most international locations however, due to carrier restrictions we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Split/Drop Shipments: We can ship your order to multiple locations and you will be charged accordingly.
Over Runs and Under Runs: Due to manufacturing quality and production standards there will be over runs and occasionally under runs. The industry standard on most products is ± 5%. Exceptions to the above are paper and plastic bags, which may vary ± 25%. iMAGiMAX will try to ensure you order is closest to the quantity ordered.
Rush Orders: Prices are subject to change and overnight shipping charges may be applicable. If a product is not available from the manufacturer for a rush order, an alternative product may be chosen.
